Scope
This policy applies to photos, prompts, editing instructions and AI images submitted to, generated by or stored through 80s Photo. You must own or have permission to use every uploaded image and every person pictured in it.
Prohibited content
You may not use 80s Photo to create or edit:
- Sexual, pornographic or other NSFW content.
- Graphic violence, gore or content promoting violence.
- Hateful or discriminatory content.
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving a minor.
- Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation or intimate imagery of a real person without consent.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights or other intellectual-property rights.
We also prohibit terrorism or extremist propaganda, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, misinformation presented as authentic evidence, spam and attempts to bypass safety controls.
AI models and safety review
The portrait studio currently uses Google Nano Banana 2 (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image Preview) through KIE or fal.ai. Before generation, text instructions are screened with Waffo Prompt Sift. Only an explicit allow result proceeds. Review and block results stop generation.
KIE, fal.ai and the underlying generation model apply their own request and output safety controls. A result rejected by those controls is not displayed, and credits are returned when a paid generation fails. Generated images remain private by default; 80s Photo does not provide a public user gallery.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected violations, impersonation or rights infringement to support@80sphoto.org. Include the relevant account email or generation identifier and a clear description, but do not email illegal imagery.
We review reports, preserve necessary records and may block a request, remove stored content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, and report apparently illegal conduct to the appropriate authorities. Child-safety and credible threats receive immediate priority. Other reports are normally acknowledged within two business days.
Appeals and contact
If you believe a safety decision was incorrect, email support@80sphoto.org with the decision details. We will review the appeal separately from the original automated decision where practicable.
